Thanks to you and our parntership with Days for Girls, 100 more girls are able to stay in school during thier period.
Juliana recently visited Kiptenden primary School in Barut, to distribute the washable pads and to talk with the girls about thier monthly cycles. Juliana’s training is fun and engaging and often answers many questions the girls have been previosuly unable to ask.
Typically girls who are unable to access pads are forced to use materials such as mud and banana leaves. With thier new pads they’ll no longer need to do this and will gain several days every month in education
